What is this movie's title?

About a director who had a family (i don't remember whether it's broken or just fine nor he was desperate of something) but then made a virtual entertainment star and also took over it. The woman he made was a singer and an actress, she was all a computer program. He made his own gossip about having relationship with this woman, this woman was just himself. He got so desperate of something so he erased the program, made a gossip that she died, got caught of being suspect. But, finally he decided to evoke the program again with the help from his wife.
