Do white USA men act like jerks in their country too, or they only act like arrogant hateful thugs as tourists?

Really, trying to touch waitresses and shouting at people because you don't give them change in their country's money... no wonder some can't take it and kill American tourists. They could drive anyone insane with their ill-mannered demands.
