Which Canon is most like this Nikon?

The only Canon that is comparable is the 7D. Make sure you get a good lens as well, because an expensive camera with a crap lens is worse than a cheaper camera with a good lens. Skip the 18-55mm lens and get the 17-55mm f/2.8 instead.
