Do you think this is normal?

Okay i am 13 will be 14 in july and in the past 6-8 months my bra size has gone from a 32A to a 34A to a 34B. Also i have never had my period. Also i went from an xs to a small in that time and i went from a 00 to a 0 to a 1 to a 3 in pants. Is this normal? Also when do you think i will get my period? I have all the symptoms(discharge, pubic, armpit, and leg hair, ect.) Thank you!
