Hollister sizes to Abercrombie sizes?

So I'm a XS in Hollister shirts but I don't know if that would be a L or XL in Abercrombie Kids. Also, I wear size 0 in Hollister shorts, what size would that be for Abercrombie Kids jeans. Thanks, btw I'm 5'3''.
