Stores I can shop at being my size?

ok so I want to buy some new clothes that will fit. I already know about abercrombie kids :) I am going into 8th grade and I can usually wear a size 10 slim. i'm 4'8'' and to make it easier my measurements are 23 22 28 .. I really don't have much hips. Anyways as you already know I cannot wear juniors sizes, a size Xs in juniors is too big and a size 00 wouldnt be worth trying on. Could you please give me a list of stores I can shop at for my age and the size I am? I want to look my age.. please and thank you :))
