How do I know if my (original, not 360) Xbox is hard or soft modded?

Easy,firstly the fact that if yours is basically the same as this dash then you have emulators. Emulators are simply games like mario bros etc that are put into the console & are able to be played as a full game. Check the memory if its higher than normal you have an upgrade hd. Lastly,if you have this dash then you should be able to play backup copies of original xbox games. If the consoles been around for awhile then check settings,menu etc for xbmc as this may have it as well.
