ColorTrak XS Stereo TV problem?

I have a model F27250BC ColorTrak TV without a remote and want to get to video 2 so I can hook up my PS3. All I can use are the buttons on the TV and I have no idea what I'm doing. I got this from my roommate who also has no idea how to do it.
